    As the technology leader for Foot Locker's global unified commerce channels, I am fortunate to oversee a team of hundreds of technologists worldwide, predominantly software engineers, architects, and supporting functions. Our mission is to create seamless, memorable consumer experiences across digital and physical touchpoints -- "phygital", even -- encompassing 30 digital storefronts, 10 mobile applications, and 2,500 brick-and-mortar locations. My role involves enabling our various Product Teams to innovate and excel in delivering these integrated, omni-channel experiences.We harness a diverse array of technologies to achieve these goals, including bespoke MACH microservices built with Java Spring Boot, custom-built ReactJS front-ends, Swift, Kotlin, and a variety of COTS and SaaS solutions like Oracle Xstore, Oracle Crowdtwist, Adobe Experience Manager, and Fastly. This technological ecosystem -- people, process, and technology -- supports our commitment to providing delightful and consistent consumer interactions across all platforms.
