As a Senior Digital Experience Designer at CVS Health, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to design the end-to-end user experience of the CVS Health Dashboard, a hub for your health records and care options. With over 15 years of experience in visual design, interactive design, and product design, I apply my skills in agile, design strategy, and design thinking to create sketches, user flows, wireframes, low- and high-fidelity designs that clearly illustrate the customer journey. I also conduct design-lead user research and testing, and work with accessibility designers to address a11y defects.In addition to my role at CVS Health, I'm also a UI Design Mentor at Dribbble, where I teach small cohorts of international students about the principles of UI design. The introductory course covers topics such as design process, designing in Figma and FigJam, UI libraries, and prototyping. I'm passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise in journey mapping, user experience, and visual design, and helping others learn and grow as designers.I hold a Post-Masters Certificate in User Experience Design from Cornell University, a Master of Fine Arts in Computer Graphics Design from Rochester Institute of Technology, as well as multiple certifications in Human-Centered Design and User Experience. I'm passionate about creating user-centric designs that improve user's lives and always eager to learn new tools and techniques to enhance my craft.
