During my first year at my first ever job I realised that Microsoft Excel, Macros and Visual Basic were the program's I enjoyed the most. There are many processes at work that I say, "This could be automated or simplified to save time". Therefore I built on my basic knowledge of VBA and taught myself a lot of new techniques. I have created many Excel add ins or Macros to run my VB code. There is still so much to learn and I am always trying to improve and I am eager to learn more all the time.I have picked up different skills whilst working and I want to learn more. For example some programs I use are PL/SQL, SAS and Microstrategy and I want to improve even more.As a Business Intelligence Analyst I have started working with Microstrategy a lot more. Being given full access as well as Admin privileges. This has given me a base to learn more and to start becoming an expert. (More coming as I progress in my new role). Football is my main interest, I am always playing or watching whenever I can. I have played for a few different teams in my life and enjoyed some success. One of my first questions when starting my job was do you have a football team and when can I join. I always want to get involved.
