I am a higher education professional currently leading advising at the Medill School of Journalism, Media, Integrated Marketing Communications. Our team engages with students from the summer before they enroll through graduation, championing their personal and professional goals. We create and lead intentional programming to welcome and engage students while partnering with key internal and external stakeholders to better the student experience and outcomes. My passion for serving others has been a through line throughout my entire career. My first professional opportunities were in first-year experience and new student orientation, helping students transition and grow into a new community. My strengths of understanding and respecting the unique strengths and passions of those I serve partner well with my ability to help others strategically pursue their goals. I am a trained CliftonStrengths facilitator and have led hundreds of trainings and conversations around social identities, strengths, and leadership.
