Wholesale Billing - using contracts between the resort and wholesale travel companies, I create invoices, collect money due (wire transfers, credit card payments, checks), and resolve discrepancies relating to guest stays at the resort. Membership Billing - South Seas has hotel rooms which the resort owns, but also rents out 400 (total) condos and homes that are owned by individuals or companies. The owners have membership options similar to a country club that give them benefits/discounts on golf, food and beverage, and retail outlets. On a monthly basis I bill the owners for charges incurred on their membership accounts and resolve any discrepancies.Leases, Licenses, & Permits - maintain vehicle registrations, food and beverage permits, hotel operating permits such as elevators, pools, county and state licenses.
