I'm a computer security professional, helping secure one of the world's largest cloud infrastructures through vulnerability analysis and mitigation/remediation suggestions. Leading up to my current position, my career in the computer industry has taken many twists and turns. Here are just a few of the highlights:-Configured and maintained an Active Directory domain, including DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy-Migrated users from a simple SMTP server application to Microsoft Exchange environment-Maintained the security of a 200-user environment through Microsoft WSUS, multiple WatchGuard firewalls, and a centrally managed AV service-Performed scans and offered remediation and mitigations steps to meet compliance requirements for FISMA, PCI, and FedRAMP audits-Provide security research and documentation on a monthly basis to advise Microsoft online services server owners on which updates are relevant to the environment and provide update deadlines-Perform investigative scans using Qualys and Nessus to identify vulnerable aspects of the environment and notify teams of findings to enable remediation
