As part of the Pollution Prevention (P2) project team, my responsibilities include:Proactively reaching out to companies that express interest in participating in the P2 project, and assisting them in the onboarding process.Analyzing utilities data from participant companies, identifying patterns and trends, and using that information to develop data-driven recommendations for improvement.Calculating the cost/payback of the solutions provided by the project to the participants' companies, taking into account both short-term and long-term benefits.Providing valuable insights on process improvements that companies can implement from a waste reduction standpoint, including identifying potential areas of waste and suggesting strategies to minimize or eliminate them.

Responsible for reaching out to alumni in order to secure the necessary financial support for university departments and programs.

I was responsible for analyzing the company's processes to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline operations. As part of this role, I reorganized the physical layout of the office and established a logistical system for managing critical documents like bills and correspondences. I implemented Toyota's 5S system - Seiri (Sort), Seiton (Systematize), Seiso (Shine), Seiketsu (Standardize), and Shitsuke (Sustain) - to ensure that all organizational processes were carried out efficiently and effectively.
