Oversight of television stations located in Tucson, Arizona and Louisville, Kentucky. Responsible for areas of marketing,programming, production and sales marketing. Work with sales team to identify opportunities related to cross promotionand revenue. Direct and indirect supervision of fifty employees. Assist in concept and manage execution of local programmingstrategy (long form, interstitial, web), brand positioning and long range planning.

Concept and direct aspects of national media strategy including radio, print, internet, out-of-home and place-basedopportunities. Responsible for strategic communication of objectives to agency of record and over 100 television stationsaffiliated with The WB. Work with integrated marketing group to achieve local support of national advertiser programs.Maintain relationship with multiple Time Warner divisions to maximize support of DVD, theatrical, music, themepark and publishing synergistic opportunities. Manage a team of six specialists. Navigate third party sponsorship opportunitieswith program suppliers for added local revenue and marketing support. Take publicity functions from concept toexecution. Oversee all compliance, legal, systems and operational issues with regard to marketing.

Responsible for all marketing functions for station in the 10th largest television market. Manage a team of five writers, producers and graphic artists. Plan and execute station media budget of several million dollars in association with agency of record. Develop sales promotion opportunities, maintain client relationships and publicity contacts with radio and print press.
