- Efficiently review and verify supporting documentation for approved consumer loanapplications, create loan documents, and schedule member closings for both DocuSign,and branch.- Communicate directly with loan officers to obtain loan decisions and follow up withmembers and affiliates to relay loan decisions in an expeditious manner.- Communicate loan decisions and any final instructions to members regarding their loanapplication.- Maintain a high level of communication between the loan originator, member, and closerboth verbally and in writing.- Answer incoming phone calls from both members and team members to answerquestions and perform account maintenance on Visa and loan accounts.- Back up processor for incoming loan applications via phone or internet.- Process all insurance products by completing quotes, creating documentation, issuingpolicies, and processing claims, refunds, and payments.- Reverse loan payments and perform financial transactions as needed.Process adverse action notices and subsequent action forms as needed.- Review Loan Exceptions and execute necessary corrections to maintain the loan file.
