Daniel is a Director of Speerstra Hart and is on all the major bank panels. He covers the North Shore through to Warkworth, central Auckland predominantly in the Onehunga / Penrose industrial precinct and surrounds, and the emerging ‘North West’ areas of Hobsonville and Westgate. He also has extensive experience in West and South Auckland. He focuses on the industrial, retail, office and land markets including specialised assets such as medical, service stations and food grade / cold storage properties. Daniel completes a wide range of instructions including market valuations, rent reviews, insurance valuations and compensation valuations under the Public Works Act.Away from the office Daniel enjoys spending time with his young family and the great outdoors.
