- Ad Operations - Owned Channels- Media Planning- Tag Management- Multichannel Tracking- Performance Display Advertising (Main project): In this project we aim to set up a baseline online advertising campaign, that is intended to be the future of all Online Marketing activities at Swisscom. The idea is that channels, creatives and targetings can all be optimized through algorithms and systems so as to reach a point, where all you need is a goal, and the system would optimize all elements automatically to reach those goals. We created a dynamic HTML5 banner that is able to display all of the company's products by exporting the eCommerce catalogue using an XML export API, and Javascript inside the banner that would call the backend to retrieve product information like pictures, links, titles and prices. We set up segments for gauging users' interests - in certain brands or categories of products - to display the optimal product for each individual user. Using the user's point in the conversion journey we set the bids for different segments in the DSP so as to reach every user for what each impression is worth, and with the product that would have the highest probability to convert. The algorithm determines priorities of different segments or products over one another, and data is pushed into data visualization software Tableau. The system also allows for testing of different static variables of the banner like CTA texts, background images or positioning of elements.
