The Senior Process Electrical Engineer provides the necessary technical leadership, mentoring and guidance in the process and electrical disciplines to assure total quality of all engineering efforts, appropriate fee development and timely billing and collection of project fees. The Senior Process Electrical Engineer assists in meeting operating groups marketing goals, revenue projections and client expectations. The Senior Process Electrical Engineer may serve as the Project Manager for a specific project when dictated by the project size, complexity or client request. The Senior Process Electrical Engineer has authority over the technical activities including the quality all engineering efforts and designs, maintaining the goals, policies, and procedures. This includes management of the assigned staff within the Project Team, assignment of projects, management of workload, generating proposals and pricing of services, mentoring of engineers, and project administrative decisions.The Senior Process Electrical Engineer’s scope of work focuses on accountability for the quality of the technical output. The Senior Process Electrical Engineer coordinates the assignment of projects and monitors workloads to assure completion in a timely manner. The Senior Process Electrical Engineer creates a motivating climate, achieving teamwork and developing staff. The Senior Process Electrical Engineer is responsible for developing positive client relationships and for assuring client satisfaction. The Senior Process Electrical Engineer is responsible to coordinate efforts between disciplines and develop a team approach to project completion.
