Perform market screening and locate, establish contact with partners for four markets- Bulgaria, Lithuania, Czech Republic, and Hungary. The four-month project resulted in a successful relationship established with a partner further representing dermaOXY brand in the Bulgarian market.

Working on market research for the Latvian market. The aim was to find leads and select suitable partners for the introduction and expansion of dermaOXY products and treatments in Latvia. To achieve this several tasks were performed. Elaborating professional and sales-oriented emails as well as making direct phone calls with potential partners. Translating informational and marketing material to the local language. The internship period was successfully closed with a business trip to Latvia, where a presentation of dermaOXY products was performed to several potential future partners, as well negotiation process. Finally, the partner for the Latvian market was chosen, further committing dermaOXY brand representation in the market, focusing on high companies' quality standards. As a part of the final education project, a project describing suggested marketing tactics when entering in Latvia market was developed and passed to the newly chosen distributor.
