Maintain relationship with The United States Treasury to insure that the Business is in compliance and aligned with current HAMP program requirements. Using knowledge of HAMP procedures and policies, role develops and supports the reporting needs for the Loss Mitigation Department, including compiling / consolidating and analyzing the results. Enhance Default reporting methods to avoid compensatory fees and avoid penalty to scorecard and Investor evaluations. Analyzes mortgage loan legal documents to verify system calculations; researches and interprets legal provisions contained within the loan documents for individual loans pertaining, default interest, cure periods and calculation methodology. Researches information regarding mortgage loan system transactions, and monitors compliance by accessing web-based bank systems for various investor accounts.

Implemented workouts for accounts consisting of 90+ days Delinquent by completing Deed in Lieu’s, HAFA, Deed for Lease and Short Sales to minimize lose. Managed a portfolio consisting of curing and aiding on Florida 240+ delinquent accounts. My tremendous dedication kept me in the top 10% of the department for 9 months and gained my team back to back Team Of the Quarter Awards.
