Responsibilities and duties include:- Assembly, installation and upgrade of desktop PCs and laptops- Setup and configuration of software and additional hardware- Troubleshoot our clients' networks and other technical issues- Responding to support requests by email, telephone or in person- Maintaining all support ticket history and client data on ConnectWise- Other IT support duties and customer service as and when required
