Plasman has been a great foundation for my growing career in sales and I have worked my way up to an Account Manager.My key role is to manage and develop around 500+ customers on a day to day basis (B2B) making sure all customers needs are met and target any service related issues.My day consists on tasks such as;Issuing PoS material (Swatches, Brochures, Displays for showrooms).Seek new leads to develop.Manage training courses for our product.Marketing campaigns (Mainly Email Campaigns).Meeting deadlines and targets.Taking customer orders.

I made a big change in the business to develop my own personal skill set and during this role I begun to understand the importance of confidence and good customer service.During my role as Inbound Sales my main role was dealing with all types of customer enquiries via telephone, fax and email, whether it was to check stock, place an order or help a client with an issue they are experience and offer advice.Working in a busy sales environment gave me the key skills in customer service, fast and reliable product knowledge and a positive approach to dealing with clients.

Working as the Purchasing Assistant, I leased and built relationships with current and new suppliers, stock enquiries, placing purchase orders, stock rotation and managed the company stationary.During this role I learnt foundation skills in communication and time management to better my working environment.
