Joined Europe's largest integrated hotel and exhibition centre on 1 October, with profit responsibility for the Venue. As of 2014 the facility has 1,200 hotel rooms, an area of 181.000 square metres, 9 restaurants, exhibition halls and - not least - a large, wonderful workforce. The focus was on strategic development of the whole meeting facility, mainly through focus on sales and revenue as well as product, service and HR development. During this period the annual turn over increased from ca MSEK 600 to app. MSEK 1000 with a substantially growth in profit.Startade 1 oktober 2013 på Europas största integrerade hotell- och mässanläggning med resultatansvar för all drift och personal inom mötesanläggningen. Omfattar fr.o.m. hösten 2014 bl.a 1200 hotellrum, 181.000 kvm yta, 9 restauranger, mässhallar och inte minst en stor mängd underbar personal. Syftet med bolaget var att överta de hotell inom First Hotels som inte var lönsamma, för att få dem iordning till försäljning internt inom koncernen eller externt. 10 st hotell runt om i Sverige. Byggde upp eget HK med extern ekonomifunktion genom Ernst & Young / Guide Revision i Lerum. En modell som senare anammades inom hela First-koncernen.

A congress and concert facility operated as a foundation and leased from a private lessor. Focus on restructuring of the company and change of ownership and leasing structure. The initiative was successful. Active in forming Destination Kalmar, where Kalmarsalen would later be included. Kongress- och konsertanläggning i stiftelseform med privat fastighetsägare som hyresvärd. Fokus på omorganisering av bolaget, samt förändra ägar- och hyresstruktur vilket lyckades. Aktiv i skapandet av Destination Kalmar där Kalmarsalen sedan skulle ingå. Bortrationaliserade min egen funktion.

Kedjan bestod då bara av 8 hotell men det var extrem expansion så jag fick bli säljansvarig för Dalarna redan under denna period, samt besökte tre olika hotell och HK.
