PURPPOSE STATEMENT: To encourage and support others so we may accomplish our goals, be proud of our achievements and now we are valued and appreciated. Combining my educational background with my meeting planning experience, I've created an ideal position at EY as part of the Americas Learning Enablement. Recently promoted to a Learning Associate, I manage a wide range of firm-wide training. I served as the chair for the Talent Team Green Team working with the firm to reduce costs, increase efficiency and have a positive impact on the environment. In our first year, our efforts saved the firm $1million dollars and expanded our recycling efforts. I have completed Teach with Charisma (I can facilitate learning), and am now a PAL: Purpose Ambassador Leader for EY since completing Levels 1-4 of Pathways To Purpose. I recently completed Say It With Story to master story crafting to enhance business relationships and opportunities. Zoom licensed and facilitate virtual learning for the firm. I am part of the EY Presents! Leadership team and develop content for our monthly sessions. At Second City Chicago, I completed 40 weeks of Improv training and was instrumental in forming an Improv troupe to perform in the Chicago area. Currently, I am taking voice lessons at Lyriq Music School.I continue to learn and to take on personal and professional challenges.
