At New Sun Rising, my leadership in strategic direction and fiscal sponsorship has been pivotal in scaling the organization's operations and programs. Overseeing more than 50 grants and managing funds exceeding one million dollars, my mission is to bolster purpose-driven leaders and build organizational capacity. The team and I have effectively increased program revenue to 1.2 million dollars, reflecting our dedication to sustainable growth and impactful community engagement.My role extends beyond financial management to include life coaching, nonprofit consulting, and risk mitigation, ensuring a holistic approach to organizational success. With competencies in workshop facilitation, social networking, and collaborative leadership, my focus is on creating memorable experiences and fostering recognition for community members. Our collaborative efforts have transformed New Sun Rising from a volunteer-led entity to a robust staff of five, advancing our collective vision for vibrant community development.
