In this role I was responsible for the following departments: Retail Pricing, Contract Management, Business Controlling, Administration, IT Business Engineering (Digital Solutions, POS-Systems, eShops, Infrastructure etc.) & Processes.

I was a member of the management and architectural team and I worked actively on the grow strategy of that business unit. As deputy I was responsible for the personal questions, the steering of the different running IT projects and for technical and commercial issues. In that unit we designed, developed and maintained software application in the area of business support systems and in the area of infrastructure. Manly I was responsible for middle and large IT projects from A-Z and I did also Sales and PreSales activities.

I did active acquisitions of strategic new customers and IT projects. I made offers, created contracts, made contract negotiation and I was looking for partnerships with product vendors world wide. I visited international conferences and I helped activly on the business development.I provided Consultants with excellent knowledge in Mobile Solutions, TroubleTicketing (ARS), CRM (Siebel), Billing (Mind-CTI), ITSM or Asset Management (Maximo), Fraud Management (Comarch), Performance Management (Comarch), Dealer and Commissioning System (cVidya), infrastructure projects as well as tailored software development.

In this role I worked as team and project manager. The main work was leading the team who planned, steered and controlled the customer contact center with 600 employees and the leading of strategic projects. As a member of the CUC management board I was responsible for the service quality of the teams work and for the further development of the workforce management tools.

In this role I was responsible for optimization of the processes, for the new and further development of customer care applications and for the transformation of legacy system into the new CRM system. I was the interface between business and IT and as a member of the CUC management board I was responsible for all IT related questions.

I worked as Software Developer and Customer Project Manager in different innovation projects. In this roles I was responsible for the development and the delivery of software applications.
