- Providing service and technical assistance (Pre-sale and Post-sale in Dutch/English) through phone for customers with Ups’s (Uninterruptible Power Supplies) - single phase products as well as other APC products. - Offering service and technical assistance through email (OLH - Oracle Live Help) within 24 hours in Dutch/English for customers with Ups’s as well as other APC products. - Providing details on the technical characteristics of APC products or the steps needed for installing the products. - Assist users with NMC (Network Management Card) software configuration. - Validate APC product entitlements owned by customers, assist customers in diagnosing, troubleshooting and completing RMA’s when necessary. - Consult customers on the correct solution for their equipment requirements (Ups, Surveillance, Cooling, Monitoring and Software). - Configure APC products to fit customer’s request and sent online quotations. - Escalate cases to second level support engineers for advanced troubleshooting and resolutions for three phase Ups’s, Netbotz, Power distribution, Racks and Cooling. - Provide feedback reports related to collection process, technical case reviews and customer satisfaction surveys. - Discussing monthly Kpi (Key Performance Indicator) achievements, establishing training needs and setting next moths objectives. - Involved in solving customer requests and queries that require a strong collaboration with several departments of the company (Operations, Logistics, Finance, Sales and other CCC's). - Identify and record in BFO/Intouch system commercial opportunities and escalate them to Sales department for follow-up. - Assisting continues advanced training sessions on newly released products. - Proactively provide proposals to improve procedures or existing processes. - Offering language support (translations) where necessary. - Involved in the Electric Vehicle project within the partnership between Schneider-Electric and BMW and Ford companies.
