I was on an expatriate assignment in Stockholm at Tieto Corporation's Swedish affiliate (Tieto Sweden AB) which is one of the leading IT Service Companies in Sweden. I supported Tieto Sweden in various kinds of commercial arrangements, agreement negotiations and large scale outsourcing-cases as well as in reclamation and dispute handling, M&A and in general corporate governance issues.
