JCI has been a customer of Tempered Networks for a while and we have had a great relationship. Our team was brought into the JCI family to provide the key security element in their command and control infrastructure. Fully embedded and baked in. It's great that the Tempered Networks products have received this recognition and will be able to continue to do the thing that it was designed to do, this time, across the world.

One of my personal joys is being able to pass the baton and witness the growth and successes of staff. A Sr. SDET, moving through the path of lead and now manager. A new college graduate, improving their skillset and moving up into lead positions. This gave me the opportunity to take on other tasks.After a change in corporate focus and the new Covid business operations style, we identified gaps in our ability to operate efficiently and smoothly. I was invited into Tempered to build the test organization, create appropriate processes, and facilitate growth. Test Manager, Product Development, 2006 to 2007• Managed two teams, 10 local and 12 foreign engineers, responsible for testing new and sustaining development of marquee products, Local Traffic Manager (BIG-IP) and Global Traffic Manager (3DNS).• Built offshore test team from inception, including recruiting and training all engineering staff; setting up communication and workflow channels; and acquiring and installing all hardware for fully functional office.• Managed testers in an Agile based Rapid Maintenance program that coordinated activities with engineering groups in Seattle, Tel-Aviv, Belfast, and San Jose.• Performed network compatibility, load balance algorithm, and service monitoring tests on maintenance releases.• Ensured that test processes were fully documented, including test plans, test case manager updates, and bug tracking workflows.
