Senior User Experience ConsultantElectrolux Nov 2021 - Sep 2022I was brought in to Electrolux global intranet project, to enhance the user experience and push the boundaries of what could be done design-wise within the given platform Omnia. I collaborated closely with both Electrolux and the technical partner Omnia, prototyping and iterating, eventually leading to a basic Design System that laid the foundation for further development. The intranet was awarded a Gold in the 2023 Intranet And Digital Workplace Awards. -
Senior User Experience ConsultantIzettle Nov 2018 - Dec 2020Stockholm, Stockholm, SverigeI was brought in to iZettle to create a Web Styleguide: an initiative that aspired to enhance brand- and UX consistency/quality for all of iZettle’s public facing websites, but also lay the foundation for a long term Design System of said web platforms. After the finalization of the Web Styleguide I was asked to join forces with the iZettle Web Team to collaborate with Doberman and various teams at iZettle when creating the new iZettle website. My responsibilites included overall UX strategy and design principles, co-leading the team, prototyping, acting on user testing insights, and participating in production sprints. The MVP was launched in two markets during the summer of 2020 and delivered vastly improved conversion, sign ups and leads immediately, leading to the new website being rolled out across all markets during the fall and winter of 2020. -
