• Coordinate and manage the Diploma in Sporting Excellence Programme (DISE) collaboratively working alongside England Hockey and their under-18 programme. • Undertake internal quality assurance and mentor assessors and tutors on the programme.• Uphold and contribute to positive working relationships with a variety of sporting NGBs including England Hockey, England Netball, British Athletics and Motorsport UK.

Aim to create a pathway for athletes to find their passion in sport and buy into the processes of success. Experienced as an event host, managing a coaching team, developing a season structure and ensuring athletes from beginner to international representation are provided the necessary tools to prosper.
