Most recent responsibilities on Core Platform Team:• Created new onboarding experience which included login and registration. Identified points in onboarding flow that had high drop off rates (i.e. email verification). Decreased drop off rates by 40% after launch. • Worked with the User team to help implement new Auth protocols for future ecosystem compatibility. Also identified cost saving opportunities (SMS OTP costs). Included funnel for new onboarding experience to include our e-KYC flow.• Conceptualized and kicked off "OVO Personalized Homepage" experience. This will use our customer's data to show relevant products and services as we add more to our platform, funneling relevant customers to relevant products.• Revamped our payments flow for more consistent UX across our different types of payments (i.e. QRIS, EDC initiated payments...). Designed with modularity in mind as we include types of payments in the future. Increased NPS scores and reduced complaints.• Revamped our receipts for different OVO products. Unified our receipt UI for better scalability as we introduce more products. Helping Designers and Engineers to develop faster by creating modularity in the UI. Increased NPS scores and reduced complaints.Others • Team Management: Managing a rotating team of interns to support the core platform team and other verticals as well. On boarding new interns before and after Work From Home protocols, providing guidelines and support for their success during their internship and after.• Loyalty/Rewards: Supporting business needs to let customers know their points expire and supporting different business cases (i.e. driving higher burn rate for points). Exploring partner opportunities to use OVO Points as loyalty program incentives.

My first experiences at Taralite included helping facilitate the launch of what is now our current loan management system. As part of the product team, I helped facilitate the launch by: representing our end-users—our members of the operations team, working with our engineers to define specifications of required functions, creating a product timeline to push for a launch and accommodate for fast follows. I continued to maintain and grow the product as our business needs changed over the year, eventually improving our SLA significantly. I definitely wore many different hats along the way—probably the best part of being a product manager at Taralite. Here are some other things that our team and I accomplished along the way:• Implemented a workflow and way of tracking tickets for the engineering team, which eventually led us into adopting agile methodologies.• Helped start our CD and CI pipeline for faster code deployment.• Managed an ad-hoc team to get our ISO 27001:2013 certification.• Improved work flows for our operations team.

• Developed with bleeding edge web technologies. Being focused on front-end development, I had the opportunity to work with technologies like Angular, Angular 2, Vue.JS 2.0, webpack, to create wonderful web experiences.• Improved the design to development handoff process by addressing interaction design as a required step and creating guidelines as how it should be done.• Helped modernize the development workflow of the company using technologies such as Docker. Also implemented methods such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Development which involved technologies such as AWS and GitLab.• Led projects, which involved creating guidelines, scoping the project, and communicating to remote teams that are working with us.• Assisted in finding and vetting remote teams to be a part of our production process.• Created a quality assurance guide for our web solutions.
