At Kappahl I was responsible for inbound logistics meaning all goods flows from Asia and Europe to Kappahl distribution center in Mölndal Sweden. Responsible for 6 people who was working operationally with bookings, customs and document handling. My main responsibilities were transport procurement and supplier management, representing inbound logistics in Kappahl internal development projects, following up on environmental footprint and overall leadership. I was member of the management team for Kappahl distribution center.

June 2007 - May 2008 - Far East Import Trade Manager – Nordic, Baltic Sea and Russia Area I was leading 4 Trade Analysts and our target was to secure and develop the product quality and financial result for the trade lane from Far East to Scandinavia, Baltics and Russia area. A very collaborative position being in close contact with country sales management from all countries in the region. My team provided market intelligence, pricing and other information in junction to service network. We were also in close contact with center Trade lane management at Head Office in Copenhagen. Demanding position and demanding organization. After a regional organizational change from NBR region to Scandinavian cluster i decided to leave the company to explore new opportunities outside AP Moller group. Jan 2006 - June 2007 - Team leader Intermodal transports I was responsible for a group of 5 transport coordinators whose responsibility was to dispatch railway and truck deliveries within the Nordic area. My main responsibilities were day to day leadership, following up on key figures and securing service level. Sept 2002 - Jan 2006I started at Maersk line at the intermodal department in an administrative and cost controlling role. Within short I started to coordinate inland transports on road and rail. In 2006, as the department and organization grew due to an acquisition of P&O Nedloyd I got the position as team leader.
