With a strong foundation in Team Management, Manufacturing processes, 6S, Six Sigma, Business Acumen, Operations and Team Building, I bring a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on experiences to drive success.Throughout my career in both hockey and manufacturing, I've had the privilege of become a hockey champion for multiple teams in different countries, been selected to Allstar teams and other personal achievements, on the manufacturing side I've managed to turned companies around from a downwards trend to a winning trend by improving efficiencies, operation processes, creating a winning work culture, all through leading by example and be there for the people. As a Director of Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering I specialize in company wide improvements such as 6S, Six Sigma solutions, employee safety and improved KPI performance. My proficiency in project management and data analysis has allowed me to improve the revenue, ebitda, warranty claims, and margins for every company I ever worked for.
