within the role of Orders Management Coordinator, my duties varied greatly and provided ample opportunity to convert many of my skills attained, during my tenor as an Assistant Manager and then Manager at Karr Pty Ltd, (Ciao Ciao Pizza) to be applicable and advantageous within the office environment.

In my five years working as Assistant Manager with Karr Pty Ltd, I was responsible for hiring and training, staff development, change management, developing and streamlining processes and procedures, marketing, advertising, rostering, and duties to achieve operational goals.In addition to the above duties, I was integral to the rebranding, redesigning, and renovation of the premises for its reopening.

As the intern, I was the "Dogs body", which meant I was daily performing a wide and varied range of tasks. I valued my time at Forsyths. for the duration of my tenor working there, taught me many useful skills and attributes, such as my work ethic, problem-solving and team-building capabilities in a professional setting.
