With over 20 years of experience in sustainable architecture, BIM, and circular economy, I am the founder and CEO of AGAIN X, a company that helps real estate owners manage their assets and make them future materials ready. We use artificial intelligence, human understanding, and big data to optimize refurbishments and material life extension, reduce waste, and enhance user satisfaction for the built environment.I am also a circular economy expert and a national representative in the global working group and Norwegian mirror committee in development of international standard on circular economy (ISO/TC 323). I am passionate about accelerating the transition to a circular economy and extending the lifetime of the already manufactured products and buildings. I have a track record of delivering successful projects on passive house design, feasibility studies, BIM management, and innovation processes, using design thinking, integrated design, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
