Developing analytics solutions in different domains like translational medicine, bioprocessing, high content screening and others, making use of the TIBCO Insight platform for Visual, Advanced and Streaming analytics.Managed data model and automatic upload in a Spark based data management platform, analyzed and created a dashboard using omics datasets. Member of the bioinformatics service of a +600 people public research center, analyzing omics data with different tools and statistical methods and generating reports to end users.During this time we developed several tools to help users in their analyses, like Breaking-Cas, a web based tool that facilitates the design of gene editing experiments using the well-known CRISPR/Cas technique. The program enables the design of the guide RNA (gRNA) needed for this technique, which is specific for each experiment.
