The Cyber Defense Alliance is an international, independent consortium of leaders engaged in the profession and practice of commercial cyber security. Its mission is to build and promote a global commercial cyber security ecosystem, and to establish guidance and best practices in an increasingly digital world. The Cyber Peace Initiative serves as a global, independent think tank and research center. Among the primary objectives is to aid in the process of averting cyber war and associated cyber espionage, leading to distrust and discord. To achieve this mission, it pursues a broad range of activities including policy research, development of thought leadership material, convening summits on a global level and promoting a concept and framework for cyber peace. The Cyber Trust Institute's mission is to support research and development of both theoretical sciences and industrial applications on a commercial scale. Its aim is to connect diverse bodies of knowledge in the fragmented world of cyber security, by creating a centralized body of research through collaboration and partnership with academic and research institutes in the cyber domain, creating standard benchmarks for cyber security knowledge (involving people, processes and platforms), which may then be applied in the market on a scale fit for commercial adoption.

The North Texas Cyber Forensics Lab is a brand new laboratory being built by the University of North Texas at the new Frisco campus. Dr. Scott Belshaw, Dep't of Criminal Justice, College of Public Affairs and Community Service, is directing this program. Assigned the HP GM global relationship during the acquisition of EDS. Developed comprehensive plans to drive deliverables to timely completion, resolve operational issues and settle longstanding claims with GM. Drove significant reduction in change related incidents, implemented performance improvements to meet 99%-100% of critical SLSs and met financial targets by increasing YOY revenues in the fact of contractual YOY price reductions. Joined HP to help establish HP Services as a Tier 1 service provider. Led and won the sales engagement with P&G IT Infrastructure. This premier HP outsourcing client who is a leader in consumer products with a presence in 160 countries. Served as Client Relationship Executive and Account General Manager after signing $3 billion contract. Successfully transitioned IT infrastructure and 2,500 employees with service delivery responsibilities in 80 countries. Grew revenue by more than $1.5 billion over the term of the contract through the acquisitons of Wella and Gillette with accolades from P&G CEO and CIOs. Played key role in creation of the P&G/HP Alliancew, an innovative partnership model between both companies. Recognized in media and trade journals as benchmark for successful outsourcing relationship.

Team leader fore three pursuits with new insurance customers. Signed two new customers with over $1 billion in new contract value. Promoted to senior member of leadership team responsible for the business development of large Insurance Industry strategic outsourcing projects.

Served as leader of a major consulting engagement in China to develop a first-ever city-wide Intranet. This project created an e-commerce infrastructure and settlement switch to connect city government, businesses and households. This project expanded existing local area networks to centralized wide area networks and connected public platforms to private enterprise and households via PCs, kiosks and interactive cable television. The resulting digital information interchange system created a universal smart card-based interactive billing and payment platform for all city utilities and public transportation.

Executive sponsor for teams responsible for the development and closing of large, complex and strategic outsourcing engagements of payment services on a global basis. Extensive international banking experience working with the local ESD organizations to create operations in seven countries processing over 3.5 billion payments annually with greater than $100 million in new annual revenue. This made EDS a true global provider of paymetn services. Consulted with financial institutions worldwide in the re-engineering of payments.

Selected to establish and lead new Financial Industry Group unit responsible for payment services. Unit supports over 750 financial institutions and over 25 corporations in the US processing over 3 billion payment transactions per year, which generated revenue in excess of $180 million annualy. Managed more than 2,500 IT professionals responsible for marketing, sales and delivery. Mentored and developed business development and deal closing executives. Significant revenue and profit growth and sustained very high customer satisfaction ratings.
