Leading a team of OSS/NFV Sales Engineers and Solution Architects in the Amdocs Open Network division. Responsibilities include supporting customer engagements from the early stages and throughout the sales cycle. The team is involved in customer meetings, answering RFx, building target architecture, producing licenses, estimating the solutions, working with partners, analyzing competitors, etc. for hybrid, physical and virtual networks and services.

Leading team of Product Managers and Product Owners responsible for all fulfillment and orchestration solutions for both physical and virtual services. Products included order and service orchestration, activation, NFV-O/VNFM, and service inventory. Close work with R&D and Program Management teams. Presentations to both internal and customer executives. Supporting pre-sales opportunities and project delivery. Building, managing and presenting the product roadmap for the fulfillment line including alignment with colleagues managing other Products within the division and across Amdocs. Managing and prioritizing the yearly budget.

Responsible for the service order orchestration and activation products. Management of the Product Owners on the team. Defining and presenting requirements to the development teams. Following the progress of the development with R&D and Program Management teams.Support of pre-sales opportunities, including customer stakeholders. Participation and presentations of demos and POCs.

Responsible for service fulfillment of triple-play services and EAI based on TIBCO and Sigma Systems (now Tribold). Responsible for infrastructure for OS, DB, storage, backup, and systems architecture.

Provisioning, Mediation, Inventory Management, Service Level Management

Implementation of OSS solutions for assurance, trouble ticketing, monitoring (FM/PM), and resolution. Working with multiple 3rd party software solutions and partners as well as educating customers about ITIL business processes.
