1) Leading a team of 10 Product Engineer on 3 major customer accounts2) Handle new product off-load (NPI) projects and new device start-up.3) Handle existing account and devices as the Product Engineer in charge of all engineering activities.4) Setup, maintain and improve manufacturing process flow for new and existing products.5) Key contact point for customer on all engineering and production issues.6) Work directly with vendors and customer to resolve production issues and drive for continuous improvement projects (CIPs)7) Host customers for site audits and line tours8) Represent company for Quarterly Business Review meetings.
