As a teaching assistant for the Human Capital Management course, I had the privilege of overseeing approximately 60 sixth-semester students from the University of Ciputra Surabaya, including a few students from outside the university. My responsibilities included assisting with grade tracking and providing guidance to students to ensure their comprehension of the subject matter. The course covered various aspects of human resource management, such as job recruitment, job description development, job evaluation, workload analysis, performance appraisal, and workforce training, among others. Serving as a teaching assistant allowed me to foster a deeper understanding of these critical HR concepts while helping students navigate the course effectively. It was a rewarding experience to support and contribute to their academic journey.

During my internship in People Development, I actively engaged in various aspects of human resource development. I assisted my department in conducting internal employee training, delved deeper into the company's recruitment processes to identify potential candidates, and contributed to the development of a new job stress assessment tool. Moreover, I had the opportunity to create an innovative digital assessment called "Garudafood Assessment," which could automate the scoring process, simplifying mass assessments. Throughout this internship, I also acquired new knowledge and skills, including leadership, creativity, teamwork, mobile app development, and problem-solving abilities. It was a valuable experience that enhanced my understanding of HR dynamics within the company and strengthened my capacity to make significant contributions to the team.
