--Endowment--Work closely with the College's Investment Office, acting as primary conduit between our Investment Office and College staff. Participate in quarterly Investment Committee meetings and act on decisions on behalf of the College. Reconcile endowment assets on a monthly basis and prepare internal reports monthly for College use. Responsible for endowment reporting to the Finance Committee for meetings of the Board of Trustees. Prepare all audit workpapers and financial statement footnotes relating to the endowment.--Cash Management--Responsible for daily monitoring of College bank accounts, forecasting cash needs and funding accounts as necessary. Initiate domestic and international wire transfers to our endowment investment managers and others. Along with our Comptroller, review and approve or reject of checks over $10,000 issued by Accounts Payable. Review, investigate, and approve or reject positive pay exceptions, and approve checks voided by A/R. Act as primary contact and website administrator for our banking relationships and provide banks with annual due diligence information to maintain our line of credit, ACH and credit exposure-Debt Portfolio--Initiate debt service payments in a timely manner on a monthly basis and book to the general ledger. Responsible for reporting to ratings agencies and bond underwriters to maintain compliance with debt covenants for our outstanding bond issues. Assist in the preparation of materials for debt issues and am the primary contact for all banks involved in our debt servicing.
