• Responsible for the daily operations of the Brazilian Office, installing, operating and supporting Windows, Linux and Lotus Notes servers and backup, storage and networking infrastructure. • Developed and managed the Latin America support teams, including handling complex case resolution, conflicts and remote operations for regionally dispersed. Developed key initiatives such as implementing a brazil videoconferencing infrastructure, and migrating the Brazil QAD local data to a global QAD datacenter, with a project QPI of reducing the international travel cost for the IT staff of about 45%.
