Following my dream, I laid the foundation for a cozy Korean bubble tea coffee shop in Volgograd, gathered a team that is working on scaling up and bringing something new to the food and beverage market.

I assisted in shaping the correct vision for SKUs for the new format of the MyBox Market team, including the development of new trending SKUs in line with the latest trends from Korea, Japan, and Pan-Asia. I was also involved in planning the process of introducing new products, conducting research, and working on logistics options and necessary equipment.

I worked on the development of an internal services deployment system. By focusing on automation and ease of use, I enhanced the developer experience (UX), reducing manual steps, minimizing deployment errors, and improving overall efficiency. This system allowed developers to focus more on coding and less on operational tasks, leading to faster release cycles and better collaboration within the team.

During my tenure at Plyo, a leading Norwegian PropTech company, I was part of a diverse team dedicated to building the cutting-edge platform for online real estate sales and leasing. Plyo provides new-build developers and commercial leasing agents with comprehensive web solutions, consolidating customer journeys, data, and sales levers, all on the client's domain. As a contributor, I worked with a stack that included NodeJS (Express, NestJS), PostreSQL (SequelizeORM), and conducted unit and integration tests (supertest). My responsibilities encompassed writing migrations, handling external integrations, supporting property project launches, and refactoring legacy code. Additionally, I successfully integrated with mapbox and implemented an external token storage solution. I also made improvements to the admin panel and resolved the error reconnect strategy in Redis Cache.My time at Plyo was fulfilling and rewarding, and I take pride in having contributed to the advancement of this exceptional company's technology for the real estate industry.

I took part at the origins of startup:- I developed the concepts of the educational system- I created the concept of the pipeline of worlds, which reduced the cost of creating educational worlds by 10 times- I wrote technical specifications for developers to introduce new features- I developed a micro-service for managing QR codesParticipated in the development of partner projects- I developed concept documents and supervised the development- I engaged in communication with partners and identification of their requirements; communication with developers.During all this time, a lot of projects were implemented, including for the world's largest companies.The startup was passed to the final of the Moscow Accelerator in April 2020. At the moment, I'm finished with my part-time work at Shkolakola projects.
