BA is a tool that revolutionizes the way we use data to make decisions.• Regional Specialist: Primary contact for all customers, Labatt personnel and third party IT companies in the region. The go-to local base of knowledge for the start-up’s initial growth: Consulted prior to the implementation of internal business processes or release of new products.• Account Management: Manage a fast growing customer base along with ever changing procedures and methodologies. Adapt reporting techniques to corporate climate, pre/post buyout.• Operations: Manage hardware and software installations by working with contractors and technical partners. Push customers through the pipeline from initial sale to final product delivery.• Customer Success & Support: Assure data precision via on/off-site troubleshooting, provide big picture insights based on customer feedback and provide sales support for key accounts.

Primary Role: The regional engineer acts as project manager for the implementation and erection of installations at customer sites. • Proposals: Provide pricing from sources and propose alternatives for projects. Involved in budgetary feasibility analysis.• Customer Relation: Ensure organized communication with the customer throughout the project duration and respect deadlines.• Safety: Follow engineering/installation codes and regulations and ensure safety of personnel at job site.• Budgeting: Create project budgets and manage spending during the course of the project. Manage budgets upon completion.• Coordination: Scheduling of technicians, contractors, suppliers, equipment and any other resources over project duration. • Engineering: Design installation (choose equipment and prepare P&ID) based on customer technical specifications.Other roles:• Provide technical support to sales teams through meetings and follow-ups with regional customer base.• Provide 24/7 support to over 150 installations spread out throughout the region; dispatch technicians when necessary.• Inventory Management: Order equipment from respectful budgets and manage regional inventory for various projects.

The proposal engineer role is a hybrid role consisting of both design/engineering and Quoting/Budgeting for national proposals ranging from thousands to millions of dollars.• Define proposals by visiting customer sites and completing social/environmental/operational risk assessments where necessary.• Provide designs by sourcing information from sales teams, project engineers, contractors and suppliers.• Engineer proposals according to local, national and international codes & regulations (NFPA, CSA, Pipe Specification codes)• Prepare customer-specific budget estimates by analyzing and applying historical data and acquired information to current assumptions.• Continuous improvement projects: Created excel databases with user interfaces to automate proposal generation (VBA)

• Plant demolition Project Supervisor: Equipment rentals, Contractor Negotiation, Independent On-Site job coordination• Plant Upgrade Project Supervisor: Plant process drawings study, Analysis and implementation, Scheduling of project tasks, On-site job supervision, Budget Management, Equipment procurement• Complete large projects (500k+) across the country with diverse teams consisting of various contractors, engineers and unionized operators acting as both a design engineer and project supervisor

• Supported a team of account executives through sales data analysis, customer queries, contract implementations & SALESFORCE• Applied continuous improvement principles to successfully define and optimize the customer acquisition process for the team• Assisted manager with product pricing review & implementation of laborsaving key process indicators

• Met the objectives of the rotation by defining and constructing a maintenance plan to harmonize procedures with new software• Created equipment hierarchies, preventive maintenance items and job plans by addressing the needs of each plant• Trained plant personnel on the use of the maintenance program and developed a training manual for change management

• Supported a team of engineers and operators at a hydrogen production facility: involved in plant day-to-day operations• Participated in feasibility and root cause analysis studies – Lead a gas analysis project to save over 40k/year perpetually• Implemented an interactive online training tool which was previously non-existent within the company

• Developed excel VBA macros and procedures make extraction, reporting processes more efficient• Created Gantt charts and instituted a maintenance board system to promote safety and organization in the workplace

• Increased productivity through the troubleshooting of plant operations and optimization of the hair dye fabrication process• Reduced percentage of reactor safety alarms from 40 to 20%, a reduction which had never been previously achieved
