VinSolutions provides a CRM solution to automotive dealerships that provides them with a fuller understanding of their customers' needs. As the Product Marketing Manager, I support go-to-market strategies at all stages, from product development to campaign strategies to sales enablement.

Dealertrack provides software solutions for the automotive industry. Specifically, I worked on product marketing for a CRM solution by creating and executing campaigns to generate leads and sales. I also supported internal communications to bridge the gap between the product and sales teams.

Bureau Veritas provides third-party inspection services for private and public projects. My division focused on the construction vertical, and I supported the sales staff by designing and creating bids and proposals to earn new business from developers and municipalities.

I was responsible for maintaining and coordinating all marketing efforts for the Forte Implant Center. This included creating content such as brochures, infographics, slideshows, videos and blog entries. I also increased patient engagement and managed brand reputation through social media efforts and replying to customers’ comments. I tracked key performance metrics of the digital advertising efforts and coordinated with SEO and PPC managers to ensure cultivate approximately 75 new patient leads each month.

Initially hired as a sales associate, I advanced within the company to the role Brand Co-Manager. In this position, I maximized brand integrity by driving visual merchandizing and promoting a positive customer experience. In addition, I oversaw merchandise flow processes to ensure product availability and developed associate talent to fit our store’s needs. As a result, annualized sales increased each year I was there, to more than $3 million annually and up 26 percent overall in the three years during my tenure.

After moving to Seoul, I worked in a public elementary as a native-speaking English teacher. I worked side-by-side with Korean co-teachers as we produced curricula and presentations to students in third through sixth grades. I also independently created curricula and led after-school tutoring sessions with advanced students.

As a member of the Graphic Communications department, I helped design and maintain product literature. Our library included brochures, flyers and posters to support our sales force as well as internal pieces such as our “Green Care” initiative, which focused on the company’s efforts to reduce its environmental footprint.
