Administrative Assistant
Current• Provides general administrative support to the Branch Manager and the whole team such as planning meetings and events, scheduling, and coordinating appointments• Manages day-to-day operations and serves as liaison to other departments and external clients• Prepares materials and information for internal and external communication such as memos, emails, presentations, and reports • Maintain and organize office documents and records• Handles bookkeeping tasks, such as budget administration, invoicing and expense management and purchasing• Performs data entry and update databases and inventory• Inspects vehicle state and physical damages for cost analysis• Performs vehicle background checks such as service and accident history• Performs insurance claims for purchased vehicles with issues as part of customer complaint resolution• Consults with specialists or technicians for best resolution of issues found on each vehicles sent out to shops
