• Nurture and maintain strong client relationships, playing an instrumental role in managing client accounts and providing tailored solutions for High Net Worth (HNW) clients.• Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) and Investment Risk Profiling for all clients, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards.• Foster clear and proactive communication within the team, facilitating efficient coordination of client communications and service provision.• Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to ensure client needs are being met and to identify opportunities for enhanced service or solutions.• Ensure efficient execution of client orders, troubleshoot issues as necessary, and liaise with platform partners to ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.• Collaborate closely with regulatory compliance partners to ensure timely completion of licensing requirements.

• As part of a team servicing the Ultra High Net Worth, High Net Worth Segment and the B2B (External Asset Managers) segment.• Providing trade execution, administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers servicing Private Banking clients AUM of over USD 200 Million. • Helping Relationship Managers to generate an average annual revenue of over USD 2M per RM • Responding to all client enquiries and instructions and providing efficient resolution to most issues and requests. • Monitoring transactions and activities in client accounts to ensure client activity is adherent to internal and external policies and regulations. • Maintaining client data and reports, such as: contact lists, account numbers, facilities details, status of credit reviews/renewals, etc. • Handling administrative duties including scheduling of appointments, preparing correspondences, making travel arrangements, arranging meetings and receptions, producing presentation materials. • Liaison with Clients and work closely with Operations to ensure timely transaction processing and service delivery of clients’ requirements.• Reviewing existing and new clients’ KYC data and SOW profiles to ensure comprehensiveness to align to MAS and Banking best practices.• Always ensuring adherence to internal and external regulations and policies.• Conducting User Acceptance Testing and quality assurance testing as part of Bank’s systems transformation journey.

• Acquiring and growing membership base; currently overseeing a corporate membership base of over 650 companies – from one-man start-ups to global MNCs from all over the world.• Providing the connection between all corporate members and SICC secretariat; understanding members’ business concerns and challenges to better shape SICC’s efforts.• Co-ordinating members’ requests with all relevant departments within the secretariat.• Foster negotiated partnerships between members and SICC.• Driving initiatives and campaigns to engage existing members and hence retain existing members. • Tailoring existing member benefits to provide better value to members:• Part of team effort to create the SICC Awards: Celebrating Collaborative Innovation program and source for nominations; in its 3rd year running with over 16 different finalists.• Point lead for Enterprise Singapore's PACT program – connecting MNCs with SME/Start-ups for Co-Innovation projects.• External Networking efforts – engaging potential members and partners in various industries; to raise profile and awareness of SICC’s work as part of a team.

Daniel is directly responsible for growing the membership base in the Chamber and will drive initiatives and campaigns to acquire new members and retain existing members. Responsibilities include:- In consultation with the Director, to develop an annual membership acquisition & retention plan and strategy- Delivering presentations to potential members to introduce the Chamber, and reinforce its value proposition and key membership benefits- Maintaining a good relationship with existing members, which involves making regular retention visits to current members to provide updates on Chamber activities and events, and understanding members’ needs and business challenges- Generating monthly membership reports for Board meetings- Participating in major Chamber events, which are platforms to re-connect with existing members and meet potential members
