The many angles and facets of hospitality I have worked; waiting, coffee, chef, silver service, bar, supervisory roles, these all lend to a broad empathetic understanding of how operations should run and thus I consider myself to be quite versatile and positively willing to help where as needed in times of pressure. Communication and transparency between all roles pertains to a healthy business - the 'well-oiled machine'​ any business owner desires.My talents are hospitality focused; listening, flowing banter, cocktails, health and safety, coordinating functions and events, hosting a variety of occasions. I am seeking that elusive 'perfect' employer that has a graceful, lateral approach yet stern and assertive to direct their vision.
