Southern Illinois Healthcare is a not-for-profit three-hospital healthcare system with 75 sites throughout Southern Illinois and with 300 beds and 3,700 employees. I lead development and implementation of clinical process redesign and information flow relating to the EPIC Optimization Program and core clinical applications. I partner with the CIO / CHIO to develop strategic plans for all clinically relevant health information technology, directing tactical plans including project proposals, budgets, and implementation plans.
