Leading the design phase and product development,supervising the technical project management and supporting during customer's meetings.In addition to the leadership role, I keep doing design and development tasks of a Senior Product Engineer (described below), focused only on key projects or high complexity parts.

My service ranges from the conceptual design phase to the complete validation of the product (100% DVP and PPAP approval) before serial production. Covering all, characterization (3D design, modeling, FEA...) and prototype phases (development of elastomeric mixtures, characterization tests, re-design...).
