About Daniel Tomas-Taylor
A little about me:While in school I aspired to become a gold-winning Olympic rowing champion like Sir Stephen Redgrave who had frequented my school…However, when I realised that those rowing boats were not made for rugby player body types, I focused on my second passion: computers & engineering. As a teen, I saw myself as a type of Elon Musk visionary - minus the wealth - but what I realised is that I was a quick hand to most tasks set before me, from typing, Excel work, making PowerPoint presentations, basic programming, software testing, web design, social media, transcription work or file organisation. I love working in a dynamic team, but am not afraid to work alone too.I have a passion for life that gives me the drive to always try and find the best in everything – I am a big kid at heart, yet professional, polite and cooperative, so I live life accordingly. When I am not working, I like to write my own book – hoping to publish soon! I also enjoy cycling and nature in general. I am always looking for ways to expand my skills too, so I study mini-courses frequently to bolster my usefulness to any company and to my life in general. I also enjoy travel and family time, and in 2018 completed an adventure of a lifetime cycling from the UK to Portugal with my wife and 3 kids, why?
