Daniel completed his Bachelor of Contemporary Music at University College Sedaya International (UCSI) majoring in saxophone performance. He started learning piano at the age of 4. He took up his second instrument, saxophone, at the age of 15 as a hobby. Going forward, he is planning to pursue his Master of Performing Arts. This is to enhance his ability as a musician, teacher, and passionate students of one of humanity’s most dynamic modes of creative expression. Dan is currently active as an educator and performer and loves choral singing. He joined the UCSI's chamber choir and has travelled to various countries for international choral competitions.Outside of the education world, Dan has performed in a lot of functions such as weddings, company and other events. In April 2015, Dan played with a local artist called Froya, for her album launch at The Bee, Publika.
