SICPA is the worldwide leader of security inks for currencies and sensitive documents, including U.S. Dollars and passports. According to the Counterfeiting Intelligence Bureau's International Anti-Counterfeiting Directory, SICPA provides more than 85% of the world's currency inks. The company is also the world leader for secure traceability of products subject to excise taxes, such as alcohol, tobacco, and regulated products. SICPA has offices and manufacturing sites in 30 countries. Responsible for managing global technical operations involved in the deployment, maintenance and support of government security solutions and in the development of related processes in compliance with best practices, ITIL v3, and ISO (9000, 14000, 20000) standards. Development of the support model, roles and responsibilities, budget, job descriptions, and hiring strategy for the staff involved in supporting the solution globally and in local business units. Alignment of operations with strategic objectives and development of a collaborative culture that facilitates integration and knowledge-sharing among geographically distributed and multi-cultural teams. Driving continuous improvement initiatives in key areas such as cross-functional integration, knowledge-sharing, process efficiency, risk management, budgeting and scheduling, capacity planning and resource management. Development, implementation, and support of intelligence solutions designed to help governments fight fraud and counterfeiting of alcohol, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, and other regulated products. Consulting with governments to identify and solve specific problems related to illicit trade and designing intelligence solutions that allow them to improve the efficiency of their operations.
