Economist in the Market Access team leading on regional analysis that helps deliver UK trade policy.

The TRA’s mission is “to defend UK economic interests against unfair international trade practices”.

- Production of financial reports for credit, delinquency, client spend, sales revenue and collections covering UK and European portfolios.- Project co-lead on sourcing and implementing new office-wide CRM and telecommunications package.- Quality assurance of existing data procedures, identifying improvements and efficiency gains where possible.

- Led analysis and communication on trade asymmetries project between the UK and the Netherlands.- Provided economic briefing to explain data in GDP and Quarterly Sector Accounts bulletins.- Contributed to writing of publications covering investment behaviour and firm profitability.- Contributed to OECD and Bank of England working groups.- Organised training opportunities to develop team understanding of incoming financial regulation (MIFID II) and how it would impact our work.
