- managing campaigns from brief to evaluation- managing small team- communicating with clients and vendors on daily basis

- digital campaign planning and media buying for clients such as Ceska sporitelna, Huawei, Colgate- higher-level analysis, post-buy presentations and evaluation- everyday communication with clients, vendors and clients' creative agencies

- planning and management of all marketing activities, assigning tasks, management, quality control- participating in the creation of marketing strategy- preparation of marketing campaigns, reporting- partial responsibility for creating content for social media networks (video shooting and editing, Facebook posts, copywriting)- designing some of the promo material (posters, flyers)- communication with external contractors (PPC, IT)- various back office tasks (scheduling, communication with account managers etc.)

- scheduling about 500 hours of lessons every week all around Prague among teachers with different skills and availability, while maintaining rotation of teachers as a part of our special teaching method- communicating with all employees in Czech or English on a daily basis- building and maintenance of an online system for class sheets and automating some of the processes related to reporting and attendance- website management
